Rocky Washington is a Graduate of Beaver Falls High School Class of 2004. After high school, Rocky enrolled at Robert Morris University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance. The beginning of his business career started out in the banking industry where he worked as a Credit Manager for Wells Fargo and subsequently to Lockheed Martin Company as a Subcontract Supply Chain Manager. 

In 2012, Rocky enrolled at Jackson State University where he obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree the following year in 2013. While performing his studies at Jackson State, Rocky moved on to a new Supply Chain Management startup company owned by Highmark as the primary Procurement organization of the Allegheny Health Network. He was instrumental in negotiating MedSurg and Laboratory contracts for a wide range of medical products to be utilized across the medical system. From 2014 to 2020, Rocky lended his Supply Chain Management expertise to Bechtel Plant Machinery, Inc. supporting the United States Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program.  From there, Steel Rock Enterprise, LLC. was selected as a Delivery Service Partner with Amazon.  Steel Rock Enterprise, LLC. was vital to the Pittsburgh region as the company delivered over 2 million Amazon packages during the COVID-19 pandemic  and serviced thousands of customers.  While performing his duties as the Owner of Steel Rock Enterprise, LLC., he also works with Hitachi Rail to achieve the best outcomes on modernized rail projects.  All of these experiences have propelled him to be a successful owner of Steel Rock Enterprise, LLC. Overall, Rocky has 15 years of business and leadership experience which is now being utilized to assist businesses achieve their goals.
